We are excited to share that Mindful No-Contact Martial Arts is coming to Frank Ledesma through SUSD Expanded Learning! This program is free and open to all Frank Ledesma students. 💚

Students will learn mindfulness, self-control, and respect through non-contact martial arts while building conPost Nowfidence, perseverance, and leadership skills. 🌟
No uniform is required.
📍 Location: Multipurpose Room

📅 TK-3rd Grade
Mondays: April 20, May 4, 11, and 18
🕓 Time: From dismissal until 4:45 PM
🍽️ Students will receive supper

📅 Grades 4th-6th
Wednesdays: April 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20, and 27
🕓 Time: From dismissal until 4:45 PM
