Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) Goals 2024-2025
Goal 1: Increase graduation rate for all students who are college and career-ready (pathways).
Identified Need: Increase high school graduation rates by increasing our student participation in college readiness; increase Lexile levels; align professional development to support student reading advancement.
Goal 2: Proficiency For ALL: FLES will provide a high quality and comprehensive instructional program.
Identified Need: Increase achievement of students with disabilities, English Learners, and socio-economically disadvantaged students in ELA and Math.
Goal 3: Parent Involvement Safety: FLES will provide a safe and secure environment for all staff and students.
Identified Need: School site will provide a safe and secure environment for all staff and students. All PBIS Tiers need support/invention.
Goal 4: FLES will ensure students, staff, parents and the community are both satisfied and engaged; FLES students and staff will be provided extracurricular community engagements.
Identified Need: Parents indicated need for more support in providing interpreters for parent engagement events; importance of students to be connected to Soledad through extracurricular offerings.
Goal 5: FLES will attract, recruit, support and retain a highly effective and diverse workforce.
Identified Need: Increase achievement of students with disabilities, English Learners, and socio-economically disadvantaged students in ELA and Math; professional development to support and retain all teachers at Frank Ledesma.
